Park Lane is an 8 story luxury low- rise that is to consist of 7 individual towers lined along the ocean-side face of Ala Moana Shopping Center to a height of 100 ft.. The complex will overlook Ala Moana Beach Park.
This development by AMX Partners LLC, is comprised of Hawaii's leading residential developers The MacNaughton Group, Kobayashi Group, and BlackSand Capital LLC, along with landowner General Growth Properties, Inc. owner of Ala Moana Shopping Center.
The project is an extension of the $550+ million redevelopment of the Ewa wing of the Ala Moana shopping center. The Park Lane project is estimated to cost $1 Billion and will have some of the most unique condominium designs in Honolulu
The project offers over 90 different floor plans featuring 10' ceilings and the units will range in size from an 850 sf 1-bedroom to a 6,000 sf 5-bedroom penthouse, but will primarily consist of spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Most units will feature extra-large lanais that seamlessly flow from the indoor to outdoor living areas, each with their own custom grills and outdoor cooking areas with venting to the outside.
